  Stopped at this location and opened up a new savings account. There were 4 employees standing around in the lobby/main area, while there was one teller helping people and another teller behind her helping her over her shoulder. What are these people paid to do? To stand in the lobby and say hi, how are you, when there are people waiting in line? They appear to be managers, but aren’t doing any work.

  Awful experience every time I come here. 3 out of 3 times I tried to make a withdrawal at the teller, and they could not make the transaction. Went to a different branch, did the exact same things, was out in 3 min. Not coming back to this branch again.

  Amazing bank. Came in late and needed to pick up some foreign currency. Bank was closed but they let me in regardless and helped me out. Thank you so much for your flexibility.

  I often have to wait; sometimes because there is only one teller and many customers, sometimes because a customer has many transactions to process and that teller is the only one on duty.
