  Terrible. As bad as they can get. Not only is the branch awful and not helpful, calling their customer service just means extra stress for you. My oldest account since the teenage years is with them, and that's the only reason Why I am still banking there. Even if only once or twice a year, they always make me regret having any interaction with them.

  They need to have mote then one window open especially if its a business I especially if they have a big line for personal accounts

  The worst bank. No people to attend to you. They ignore a lot. This branch should be shut down

  It's really the bad customer service that kills everything. Even if I have to wait in a long line, I'm ok. Sometimes people are short staffed. The bottom line is it doesn't matter if the bank isfully staffed- or short staffed. People don't like to be treated badly. I don't bank here, I am forced to go when I need to make in person deposits in someone else's account. I use TD Bank where they don't treat me like an unwelcome guest who just showed up unannounced at their home.

  Nothing!!! By far the absolute worst bank experience I have ever had! If I did not have to make deposits for my job I would never have come. The tellers take entirely too long the service is horrible the manager is incompetent, yup I said it INCOMPETENT! !! I'm here writing this as we speak and I am still in line! !! There has to be a better way than this bank of America on annapolis rd in landover Maryland or Hyattsville! I am done with this branch and like I said you guys need to find a better way to handle customers and to top it off its hot as hell!!!! No air conditioning?? Please! Ladies and gentlemen do not and I repeat do not come to this branch ever! !!!

  Worst Bank Of America I have ever seen. Only live 5 minutes away, but rather drive that extra mile to another BOA. Drive thru atm 90 percent of the time out of service or not accepting cash deposits or check deposits. It just pisses me off when u drive to this bank and want to deposit cash and then it tells you that its out of service.

  Worst bank ever! Only one teller & everytime I go she is always rude her name is MAJORIE gave my receipt & money in what I felt in a rude fashion ! Last time I went there were 3 other customers waiting & it was 12 & she just left & told us she wanted to go home because it was 12 her shift over & left us there.

  Worst Bank of America ever you will stay in line forever at this bank. They always have 1 , in very rare cases 2 tellers to service customers. Terrible service

  The worst BOA in PG County! Get the F***** ATMs fixed!! It’s always one broken and 10 people waiting to use them and 3 out of the 10 have at least 3 different transactions they are attempting 😡😡😡
