      THIS IS NOT A REAL FINANCE CENTER. They do not have people working inside. They have 4 video booths to video chat with an offsite location. I drove an hour to obtain a cashier check and there are no tellers.

      It’s no shock this has one star reviews. Went to the strongsville location and thought the closed at 5 their lobby was locked. I was referred to a BOA website to verify lobby hours of Brunswick location and was informed they were open till 6pm. I arrived at 4:15pm and they were closed. Useless. Im about ready to pull my money out of this bank and move it to another.

      Bank of MOST of America finally in Ohio and hours aren't same as listed. I just need the ATM. If you aren't going to staff the place at least let us use the ATMS.
