      All I wanted was to add power of attorney to my moms account..2 hours later and multiple times to the printer!! Can't they afford a printer in the offices? 2 hours is way to much time to spend on paper work!

      I use the ATM'S, but sometimes I need help & all the tellers are very helpful & assist U in everything U need!!!

      The customer service is non-existant. They only have one teller and they push you to use the ATM. This is a self service bank. The employees have an attitude.
