  Every time I come to this bank it is always something. They call me after I’m home telling me to come back bc they forgot to complete the transaction, not being able to complete my requests in a timely manor or even in the same day. I do not recommend this branch

  One day, they will close you account with no reason given. They did it to me Jan 2020 after 30 years. This branch may have something to do with it! If you are lucky you will notice the notice in the mail on time. They will only give you 21 days to act. Just google "BOA closed my account" and you will know what I am talking about.

  This BofA location is a very Manhattan like despite being 30 miles north. Despite being in a very complex city center it is surprisingly not very busy to the point of over flow or long wait times. They do have a Merrill Edge office here which is very handy to have for some last minute trading.

  I have submitted a payroll protection application with BOA. Tried calling several times and no one can provide details of loan information. Representatives admit that there is little they can do. Disappointed that helped is limited when small businesses need answers to keep employees working.

  Don't trust Carina, she switched me from my account with little to no fees to one where I get regular fees without my permission. Wish I had a picture of her to put up.
