SJ H1This branch is HORRIBLE. If I could give them less then one star I would. I visited the branch around 12pm/1pm on a Friday afternoon to complete a very small wire. One banker totally ignored me and just sat at her desk. The other banker said I'd have to schedule an appointment to complete the wire and proceeded to schedule me for the following week on a Tuesday (even though I told her it was time sensitive). I ended up going to another branch and they were able to complete the wire transfer in ten minutes. I would never go to the White Plains branch again

lala guia5Great customer service! Jean and Frank are the best. They spent a lot time answering my questions and making sure I got the best products. I never received that much guidance and attention anywhere else. My favorite bank now!

Eloiza Miranda1The staff at this specific key Bank is absolutely terrible! They are unprofessional and never know what the hell is going on. No customer service. I recently went there to withdraw money and they were unable to. I asked them why and I had to wait for the manager for an explanation. I went to another keybank location and had no issues. Do not wasit your time going to this KeyBan in white plains.

John Avitable135 minutes in the drive-thru and most of all your “bankers” shouldn’t be worried about lunch but getting the people’s business done. Place Is a joke. Seriously go to another one.

Elena Alfaro-Alvarez1Worst bank ever!!!! One they ask you if you want to be covered by over draft even if you say yes cover me. You still get hit with major over drafts! When you call they say you have to pay even if you have a contract. Second they call you JOB! Even if you tell them not to seriously they should be reported to the BETTER BUSINESS BURAL THIRD IF YOU CALL THEY DONT HELP IF YOU GO IN PERSON ITS EVEN WORST! JUST GO ANYWHERE ELSE
