  Knowing Saturday's are busy at the bank, I made an appointment online for 10:30. I arrived early and was told to take a seat that Simone would be with me in 7-10 minutes. 15 minutes passed and I was told that it would only be another minute as he was finishing up with a client. It's now 11am and I'm still waiting. What's the point of making an appointment when they obviously don't value my time!!

  Roula Bowers tricked me into opening a corporate account. Was supposed to get benefits which never arrived. And so far I have paid over $500 towards late payments in spite of maintaining balance and repeated instructions to automate. Moving my account to HSBC.

  Very disappointed with lack of closure information. There are no recorded messages on the phone indicating they are closed. There are no signs posted on the doors. Many customers arrive at the parking lot in disbelief that the bank and the drive-in are closed. I am very surprised because this location is usually very attentive.

  Great overall service and the staff is also very nice and friendly. All they need to work on is their appointment timelines as sometimes even after taking an appointment I have to wait which is not ok.
