  The worse location ever. This is why I took my money out. The "manager" Lisa is VERY rude and disrespectful. Lacks decent customer service. She is so lazy. I try my best to never visit this location but had no choice because the Lodi branch was closed for awhile. Thank God they are open. The hasbrouck heights branch isn't even busy when I visit yet I am waiting more than 15 minutes. Very slow and disrespectful staff. If Lisa is the manager I can see why.

  The worst worst branch to visit. Don't ever go. Lazy lady don't want to work and don't have any customer respect. They need to take some customer service classes. Don't know how yo treat their customers Yes, go to Rutherford which is little far but best branch

  Today I arrived 10 minutes past closing and the most pleasant employee Jeannine Byrd said no problem I will reopen the drive through window and take your transaction. Not only was she one of the kindest employees who I have ever dealt with at a bank before but one of the most professional throughout my transaction. She made my extremely stressful day , which caused me to get to the bank 10 minutes late , turn into a very helpful experience!...THANK YOU JEANNINE!,...You are appreciated ...

  Lisa was beyond helpful when opening a bank account for my 1-year old. She went out of her way to meet me outside so the little guy didn't have to come inside with a mask and made everything super quick and easy. Great customer service! Thanks Lisa!

  This is the worst branch for customer service! I live close by to this branch and have constantly received bad customer service since the pandemic started! I was in the drive through in April and needed service when I asked, How come no one answers phone? Representative said, I had to make an appointment to go inside of bank. While there was a sign posted on window to call and make an appointment, no phone number on sign and no one picks up the phone. So, how do I make an appointment then? With no answer, she ripped off the window note and added a phone number to which no one answers the phone! Also, it’s not just one occasion that they are rude and dislike their jobs, they still show very bad customer service, rude, nasty people working here and they just get away with it!!

  Opportunistic bank!they don't miss any chance to rip u off! They r the only bank that holds cheques up to a week!!! Thieves as soon as I'm done with them I'm closing my bank account with this bank!! Nothing personal they do this with everybody!!

  I went to cash a check that my wife wrote to me today. They were going to charge me 10 dollars to cash my own wife's check since l do not have a account there. RIDICULOUS

  Customer Service is THE WORST! The manager is condescending and beyond rude. I go to Rutherford which is much farther for me but worth the ride. They are fabulous there and assist me every time Hasbrouck Heights screws me up.

  Only place I go. Love the fact that they’re real people in there with personalities. Not just trained robots like the people that help you get your internet back up and running over the phone. The workers here make it a more personable experience. I appreciate that!

  They were not able help me with simple requests. Unsatisfactory experience 3 out of 3 times. Other banks and branches were able to help in minutes.
