  Open back up or close permanately......covid excuses arent valid anymore....not having a branch in this city is going to make me take my banking to another company

  Yesterday Google said the bank was open today. Come today, still closed. Online the hours change per day! Either open or close permanently. Blaming Covid is over!!

  They are never open! They were supposed to be open on Tuesday, at least that’s what I heard, but I’ve been there twice and they’ve been closed. This is a real hardship especially this time of year! I have been with this bank for 50 years I may not be with them much longer.

  Bank customer service is terrible. 25 years with BofA and treated by this branch very badly. Our account was compromised thru a cloned card in another branch. The bank closed our joint checking and transferred monies to a new account. That makes perfect sense. However, although BofA fraud division indicated otherwise, the bank manager pulled me off the account because I needed to be present at the Pacifica branch to be included in the transfer for accessing the new account. The result was that I was stranded traveling in the EU with no ability to derive cash. Calling the branch, the agent would not let me talk to the manager because I had no appointment prearranged. When I ask for options to get me out of my predicament, the agent said again we can’t help you because they can only verify my identity in person. BofA check fraud and myself very perplexed as my credentials could have transferred. The bank just didn’t care and offered zero help.

  I should give this bank no stars, management is obstructionist at is best, I've been a BoA customer for almost 40 years and time and time again is constant frustration with management at this branch because there desire to not help. Today I try to deposit an escrow check and they wouldn't want to give me some cash back went to my credit union it only took them 5 minutes to verify the check. But is specially the management of this branch absolutely polite but with no desire to help customers. Not my first time I turned around and was able to do something over the phone with the same bank, that management refuse to do , absolutely frustrating why have a polite person that is no help.

  could use more than one guard. Doesn’t seem the safest. Service is okay most the time. Depends who’s your bank teller is. Parking is fine
