      If I could give no stars, I would! Always a horrible line with one teller. So many people working there but no one to help. Always takes a minimum of 30 mins to deposit a check or do anything with a teller. ATM booth is packed which is COVID waiting to happen.

      Only one cashier is open. Even when they are already aware of the busiest hours.

      That branch is a total disaster. Management does not know what they are doing. They put two people to attend a row of 30 clients. They do not like to exchange checks for cash even when I have cashier's Check. They charged to mi client $15.00 dollars to make it in Harrison Branch NJ, and I couldn't cash it. Three times I have being paid with checks from Bank of America and I had problems to collect money from them. I had to return the next day after a line of 25 people in front of me and finally I had to deposit the checks in my TD Bank account.

      The worst BOA branch. Always overcrowded with 1-2 cashiers. Once they were not able to notarize my document because the paper was missing the square box on the bottom of the page for them to put their stamp, however, the notary next door was able to easily notarize. I’ve been BOA customer for 11 years; closing my account even tho it’s the closest bank to my house.

      High traffic branch with slow assistance. I went on a Monday at 9:50a and there was one teller open with a line of 7 people when I walked in. The line grew to 16 by the time I left 35 minutes later with still one active teller. They did provide the banking service (bank check) that I needed without issue other than the DMV-style line, it just took a long time.

      Since I'm a frequently customer of bank of america and have my business in this location the fist time i bring my deposits i got questioned why I'm coming here if i usually go to 47 or 60 street and bergenline ave. Thing that I'm not supposed to answer and secondly the lady in the window is the second time that is been unprofessional telling me that i suppose to throw my deposits in the overnight box Why do i have to be questioned I'm paying for a service when i have to wait 15 to 20 minutes in line and they most of the time have only one person? I will never come back to this location

      worst banking service at location, no matter what time & what day you go to do banking, always long line. average customer waste over 30 min to just do one transaction at this bergeline & 32nd st location. stay away or change bank is what i suggest and i did. only 2 teller , one always busy in phone or counting money. feel sorry for tellers who working at this location

      Generally really busy and long lines, but always very nice and personable. I moved to Jersey from out of state and lived here for a year but never got a nj id. Thisis the only branch that would cash my check drawn from there without giving me a hard time. Love the tellers there.

      Sometimes only one of the ATM's would work and their would be a lot line just to deposit or withdraw money. The customer service lines inside the bank would also be long because they seemed to be understaffed. I waited around 25 minutes to ask a representative for a personal loan and they told me they don't do personal loans.
