  Staff is friendly, always willing to help.Mireya is especially upbeat she goes above and beyond, she is efficient and caring. Recently changed my child's account from a child to Adult and she did awesome walking him through everything from setting up a savings account, his online account and walking him through it!

  Only bank account I've ever had that doesn't nickle and dime me. They're awesome and efficient. Tellers are always nice. You can lock your card as well, which is an amazing feature.

  My last two experiences at this location were horrible! On both visits, I dealt with the lady who sits at the far left end of the counter. On both visits my account was slightly overdrawn due to a new job and late paychecks. On the first visit, my account was overdrawn about $2. This lady seemed like she was scolding me and acted as if she was doing me a favor as she proceeded with the transaction. The second time, my account was approximately $150 overdrawn. She would not give me cash back but again scolded me and seemed like she was doing me a favor by depositing my check and not putting a hold on the check. I demanded my check back, went to another location, was treated politely and was able to complete my banking transaction. I have been a Bank of Albuquerque customer for more than 20 years and have never had the awful experiences that I have had with this lady and this branch! Although this is the branch that is convenient to my home, I will go out of my way to stay away! I also plan to complain to corporate management. It's almost Halloween! Stay far away from this branch! Witches work there!

  Excellent bank! Wonderful staff! Love this bank! Never have I had a bad experience. They are absolutely wonderful. They are a large bank with a small bank mentality. Each customer is treated as if they are V.I.P.'s. or at least that's how they've always treated me.

  I would highly recommend this branch of Bank Of Albuquerque for all your business and personal banking needs. Viola and her team are friendly, attentive and responsive to all my banking needs and requests. In an age where customer service has all but vanished, this bank is my bank of choice!!!!!

  Window drive up service is very slow.Too many cars waiting. I waited 35 mins to get to the window.
