  My family has been banking with Bank Five Nine (previously First Bank Financial Center) since moving to Wisconsin 9 years ago. The employees at the Germantown branch are friendly, helpful and extremely knowledgeable. They provide superior customer service. They have taken the time to get to know my family and I on a personal level and they treat us like a part of their family. Bank Five Nine is very involved in the community and sponsor/volunteer at many community events. Branch Manager Cheri Schadeberg and her staff make an amazing team! I am extremely happy with my experience as a Bank Five Nine customer.

  When I walk into Bank Five Nine in Germantown, I feel lucky to see the same people each time I stop by, who know my name and care about how I am doing. The gang really takes the time to know and help their customers in anything they need. I feel good knowing I have a hometown bank that cares about me and the community they serve and live in. AND if I cannot get in to personally to see their smiling faces, their app has been extremely user friendly for our family! I will never hesitate to recommend them to anyone!

  The staff is extremely friendly, responsive, and helpful. They opened up my business checking accounts, and answered all questions that I had. Very polite bankers. I highly recommend bank five nine Germantown.

  I work with April for both my personal and business accounts. She is always on top of things and very helpful when I have banking issues. I would highly recommend the Germantown branch. The tellers are all great and work together to get you out in a timely manner.

  Bank 59 has been our small business bank for the past 5 years. They handle our daily deposits, hold the mortgage for our busines and were incredibly helpful in navigating the PPP program. They know us personally and call us by name. The manager Cheri's door is always open. I have been a self employed small business owner for over 40 years and banking at Bank 59 has been a joy... not to mention they make me cookies every Friday!! #bubsirishpub
