ashley elise Rogers1Reasons I left first national bank. They verbally shame you over a $0.50 overdraft that you went to fix right away. And charge you $50. When you cash a 40 dollar check and they give you $400 and you realize after you left. So you turn around and return it. Instead of normal service or a thank you I get glares because apparently someone gets in trouble for that and it's somehow my fault. When you need to to send an email of the past year of your bank account and they try telling you multiple times that they can't get my account information into an EMAIL WITHOUT PRINTING it and need $5.00 per statement. SO YOU CALL THEIR HEAD OFFICE AFTER TWO DAYS OF THIS AND THEY SAY THEY DONT CHARGE FOR THAT AND PRINTING ISnt NECESSARY ( obviously) I'd give zero stars but that's not an option
