  Jude, Mike and Anita were awesome! The entire team was just fantastic to work with.   We asked for clarification on our earnest money and closing costs before our closing date, they never responded and it ended up costing us $10,000 more in up front costs than we were anticipating. Very upset. Will not be doing business with them again. You shouldn't either.
