  I can’t say enough good things about working with Vincent Zingariello on my most recent mortgage. He really went above and beyond making himself available after hours while he was on vacation to help me so I could put in a competitive offer fast. Because of this, I was able to get an accepted offer and trust me when I say his reliability didn’t stop there. Vinny made himself available to me throughout the whole home buying process and was always quick to get back to me if he was ever unavailable. I would 10/10 recommend working with Vinny at Bangor!!

  I worked with Jim for almost a year while I was looking to buy a house. I had no clue what I was doing and he was so helpful in explaining everything to me in great detail, especially when it came down to the numbers. He is clearly an expert! When I finally found the right place for me, the deal almost fell through due to problems the lender had with the condo association... I was devastated! Jim worked with the board of the HOA to make sure my purchase could go through and get approved by the lender. Not only did Jim save my deal but he made it so that now, any future buyer who might be buying with the same program I was can get into these condos. I feel like he really went the extra mile in this situation. Would definitely recommend to my family and friends!

  The loan officer. Paula Frenette, was great - knowledgeable, professional and supportive through the whole process. She spent the time to make our numbers work out, and made what can be a stressful process easy and fast. My family and I now have a lovely home thanks to Paula and Embrace Loans.
