  My experiences with Sarah Harbison from the Northeast Shipyard branch have all been wonderful! She helped me set up a new checking and savings account. The process was quick and easy. Sarah explained everything in a way that I easily understood, and was extremely friendly and personable. I never hesitate to ask Sarah for help, as she is always available when I call or email. I am so happy to have someone I can count on for my banking needs! Thank you for everything!

  We had amazing luck with Sarah taking out a personal loan and talking more about a home equity in the future. She was extremely easy going and friendly and got our loan processed quickly and the funds were in our account the very next day. I highly recommend her for all your banking needs!

  I have had great experiences with Sarah Harbison. She always has a welcoming smile and treated me so kindly. She worked with me even when she was at a different branch, and communication with me to make sure everything was finalized. If you ever need help Sarah is the person to go to.

  What a wonderful experience I have had working on my refinancing of my truck with Sarah Harbison. My schedule has been crazy and she walked me through the process also helped get the signing in the Westbrook branch for my convenience.   As always i love going to the PNSY branch on yard. The ladies there are always fun and very polite and extremely helpful. Just wanted to take time and give a shout out to NECU for hiring Sarah Harbison. She was extremely helpful today in figuring out an issue with one of my accounts. I love small branches like this where we get to work with people like Sarah.

  I go out of my way to go here. All the staff are wonderful and helpful. Go see Sarah Harbison if you have any questions or concerns financially. She'll greet you with a smile and get you the info you need.

  I have found customer service at NECU to be outstanding in All ways. I was very impressed specifically with Dawn, she answered all our questions and concerns, and she provide us with the best rate. I highly recommend NECU in general and Dawn in particular for all your banking needs.

  Dawn Beckhusen is literally the best representative I’ve ever spoken to. She helped me get a lower rate on my car loan AND got me a credit card that will help my credit score. She was nice, very responsive to my needs and just an all-around great person. If you are ever in the area and need assistance - please ask for her!!!
