  I've been trying to talk to the Coral Gables agent for months, they answer and tell me they're going to call me and they don't. There is no way to get my username back, unlock it, the service is fatal. I am living in Spain and the way they work has been totally inefficient, even so I would like at least they can call me to close the account.
