  This banks does not take privacy issues seriously. They gave my personal credit information/file - -to the wrong person. Then when I found out they acted like it was not a big deal. I asked them for their privacy policy and have yet to receive it. I'm not sure who is running this operation but they are the least professional people I have encountered in over 30 years on Banking. If you call to ask for customer service you get a voice mail. Nobody calls you back and they ignore emails or phone calls. I would not recommend this bank to anyone.

  This is the worst company!! They knew the house we bought had termites and they knew the house was tore up they told us we had to bid higher than anyone if we had know better we would have never bought the house and we would have never gone thru them!!!

  Residential Bancorp is very knowledgeable in the whole process of home loans, They are very honest on what situation you are looking at and explain everything with clarity. They provide all answers to questions with great detail.
