Gerri Fisher1Chase has decided to eliminate Safety Deposit Boxes. This is what they did to me as an existing owner since 2009: I went to Chase to access my SDB in February2022. When taken to my box, it was discovered that the lock had been removed! And my PROPERTY WAS GONE!! THERE WERE NO IMMEDIATE ANSWERS AS TO WHERE MY PROPERTY WAS AND WHY IT WAS REMOVED!! I was contacted the following day by a bank manager who informed me that during an audit it was discovered that the serial number on file did not match the actual box. As a result they drilled my box WITHOUT NOTIFYING ME!! THEY REMOVED MY PROPERTY, EVEN OPENED AN ENVELOPE MARKED CONFIDENTIAL!! THEY PROMISED ANOTHER BOX, BUT LATER SAID THERE LEGAL TEAM WOULD NOT ALLOW THEM TO GIVE ME ANOTHER BOX. I was treated very unfairly as a customer. I'm not sure if it's Racial discrimination or plain stupidity. They gave me a coffee mug and basically told me to go away. I feel completely disrespected and violated! So this is the way they are getting the Safety Deposit Boxes off of their books! Terrible service!

Evan Pan1Walk in at 3.20 pm on Saturday to open new account. Kicked out by the manger. Rude!

Andrew Ramirez2This branch is so unprofessional and lazy the Banker wouldn’t go out of his way to validate a check unless told to do so. The branch manager asked the banker to hurry the process and was insubordinate to her indications and then he took his sweet time to do things and made me feel skeptical about me even opening an account at this branch. All these bankers just want to process the account and have you sign so they can hit their quota without going out of there ways to satisfy a customer/client.

Cindy C (Cindy)1I got REJECTED on Mar 2017, while applying my first time business account. Yet I always got brochure in my mail offering $300 credit when doing banking w Chase. The fact is otherwise. So, I went to Wells Fargo ( at the same day ), they welcome me. On the second year, my company's revenue is doubled. And will keep growing ! Right now I am opening my second company for food industry. Chase belittle and underestimate me. Unbelievable. Sad. Stick with Wells Fargo, guys.

kevin cao1Mary Vine is a Bad Banker / Supervisors. I was going to open a new checking account with Chase today. I called them around noon to confirm if i can just walk in and open the checking accounts. The answer was yes, and they said they keep the branch door open till PM 6:10. Good, later on, I walked in the Branch around PM 5:50. there were few customer waitting, So I just sit down and wait. After 50 mins waiting, there finally a Banker (Mary Vine )show up in the lobby and ask me what I need. I told her, I was waiting here to open a checking account. She "acting" like she was surprised, and say " OH, You know what, we can't open the checking account for you today, cause you will need make a appointment first, But I can help you to make the appointment now" well? that's not what they told me on the phone?! then I talked to her nicely ,I told her I been waiting here for 50 mins already, and i kind want have this check account open today, and I told her that I works 14 hrs a day, and I really really want this done today. But her answer was "NO" ....SO, She spend her next 30 mins to explain to me why she can not help me open the checking account. I could see the other banker were still helping other customers in other office desk while she was talking. Seriously??? like you spend 30 mins to convince your customer you will not able to help because your people doesn't have time??????humm???

Po Hsiao5Customer lounge, it’s a heavenly place. Love this branch and no waiting line here. Bank of America Diamond Bar branch cashiers window always full of customers and waiting at lease 30 minutes in line.

Tony1Worst branch ever. The tellers are extremely slow, discourtious, and lack basic customer service. I might just even close my account after my visit today

Linda Lockwood1Oh no...not Chase too? What happened to the old Mgr and their excellent customer service? When making a call to clear a check is too much trouble...it's time to look for alternatives. Too bad...so sad!
