  I had made an appointment online to open a new checking account to have my Social Security checks to be deposited. I was met with a very unwelcome feeling from the moment I entered the bank. There were a few of the desk tellers discussing an error which they had made and how to correct it. One of them approached me and I told her I had made an appointment online. Then she tells me that they only see online appointments, that's what I just told her. She said they were very busy with other appointments and to reschedule. There was not one customer in the bank.

  I have had an account at Banco for years. I normally go to the branch on I imperial. Today I was up on Whittier & decided to stop at the drive through. I kept ringing the buzzer. You could see employees walking around inside. No one came to serve us. We waited almost 20 minutes. I kept ringing the buzzer. They didn't care. I won't be back to this branch.

  Banking at Banc of California has been a pleasure compared to other banks in LH. I need to go inside the branch once a week and even on a busy day I never wait more then 2-3 minutes.

  Drive thru is worse than mcdonald's

  The bank is great but please update business hours to show it opens at 10AM during this time of crisis

  I love this bank VERY much. I went over there and got my very OWN debit card.
