  Absolutely wonderful service. It was my first time getting a home loan and being a tow truck driver I didn't have a clue as to what to do. Sandy made everything as simple as possible. She explained the process to me in detail every step of the way. She was always easy to communicate with and very prompt in returning phone calls. I also recommended Sandy to a friend when he was purchasing his home and she was able to get him a home loan as well. Sandy and the rest of the Azalea staff were all so very friendly and comforting during the stressful time of purchasing a home. She honestly made it as stress-free as possible and got me a great interest rate as well. Thanks Azalea for making my life easier.

  My husband and I highly recommend Azalea! Wendy Farnitano was the loan officer who helped us along the way in getting a loan for our first home. Knowing we were first time homebuyers, Wendy took the time to explain things to us along the way. She was so helpful and knowledgeable. Anytime we had questions we knew we could call her and she would answer our questions/help us through anything. We are so thankful that our experience was so smooth, thank you!!

  I've personally worked with Sandy and several others at Azalea Coast Mortgage on multiple occasions and have been very impressed with the service.   We had the same experience with Wendy as a prior review. Losing stuff not processing stuff not returning phone calls. She apparently has been treating people like this for 3 years and its allowed to go on. Similar complaint on BBB. I cannot believe the owner of the company is defending Wendy's husband looking through a client's information! No way anyone should have access to your information. Website even says your information is secure then loan officers family members are going through their work? Dont trust these people something is not right!

  I have been very impressed with Azalea Coast Mortgage. I am getting ready to contact them with my third transaction since I discovered them. They have been nothing but professional and expeditious in completing my real estate closings. They have always been especially responsive to my communications and proactively stated what they needed from me. What impressed me the most was their knowledge of real estate transaction laws and regulations which have increased drastically under the current presidential administration. They ensure I am protected under the laws and strive to ensure my expectations are met. I highly recommend them to anyone and have done so numerous times.   My husband and I had the best experience possible working with this company to close on our new home which we did on 02/06 2020!!! Wendy was amazing!! She was right there to make sure that everything happened in a timely manner and when problems occurred ( not because of ACM) she hung in there with us!   Awesome Awesome Awesome!!!! We were first time home buyers and didn't know what to expect but Sandy and all the ladies were very helpful. Sandy was always available for Any and All questions regarding our loan. She made us feel no question was dum. The process and it was a process was very stressful because it is a lot of paper work required but Sandy always kept us informed of each step/next level closer to buying our home.
