Darla meston2I have to say I was very disappointed with Axia in Tacoma. I was finally after 17 years able to get to a point in my life where I could even entertain the idea of purchasing a home. Even though it would be a very small home, inexpensive by todays standards, I had high hopes. Was referred to Matt Walsh by someone that my mother knew. Thinking..how could I go wrong. I had many things going on in my life so it took me awhile to get everything together. Plus I am bound to a lease. So there were some constrictions, however the day finally came that we were able to meet. Passing over the massive amount of paperwork I was told he would get back to me by the end of the week. By the following Tuesday/wed. I hadn’t heard from him. So I reached out to him. A couple days later I received a response telling me he had been sick from receiving Covid booster. Totally understandable. I told him I was just excited and was wondering if he could give me ANY idea where I was at, how much I was approved for so I had an idea what I was dealing with. He gave me my credit scores and told me he could tell me nothing else, because he was working on a couple possible programs that might help me out. Again I got this and was more than happy to wait. He said that he would get back to me the next day…….that was 9 days ago.. Now I don’t know about anyone else, but I’m excited. Just keep me in the loop! Which is what I said to him in the email, phone call, text message..etc that I sent. No response to any of them btw. Totally irresponsible. Even if no information is forthcoming, just a response was all I asked. Especially since I was told I would be contacted by the next day.(btw I didn’t try to get in touch with him till 3 days after not hearing from him.) So I don’t know if I was just too little of a fish to deal with, or what the deal was. But when time can be of the essence. Putting u on hold is rude. Especially with complete radio silence. I wouldn’t tell anyone I know to work with him. Appears he is only after the BIG loans. I was too little to be worth his time.

Mindy Hull5We did a refinance through Axia and couldn't be happier. Josh Comstock was our loan officer and he walked us through every step giving us all the information we needed along the way. He was so responsive to all our questions and made the whole process so easy!

Chris C5My partner and I met Teri at a home buyer education class and connected with her again a few months later when we were ready to start our search in earnest. We could not have had a better experience. As first-time home buyers we had a lot of questions and needed some extra guidance and Teri was easy to get in touch with and unfailingly helpful during the entire process. Fantastic service overall. Highly recommended.

jodie wicks5This was one of the best experiences we have had in 17 years of financing home loans. Mike Walsh and his team provided excellent customer service and was always available to answer questions and emails promptly. We will for sure continue to use them again and refer to all of our colleagues and friends.

Nathan Dodge5I met Matt Walsh through the Home Buyers course and was so happy to get so many questions answered through the course and even afterward. Matt and his team at Axia were super helpful in both getting everything done quickly as well as keeping me well informed and open to further questions I may have though out. After speaking with several other loan officers I felt it best to go with the most knowledgeable one as well as the one who would take time to hear my concerns and get me answers. We were able to close quickly despite city shutdowns for Covid19. Axia is set up to help people digitally and remotely but still feel very connected.

Jake Rockwell1We had 2 months to close on a home. They did not get our paperwork processed on time. My family ended up homeless for six weeks, until i found another home and another lender. I would give zero starts on the process of dealing with Axia and their procedures.
