  Honestly, the smoothest experience buying a home. I never write reviews but this one deserves it. I went through 4 loan officers before her and was given excuse after excuse why I couldn’t get approved. However, working with her, not only was I approved for the amount I wanted, she got me a better rate than anyone else, by more than 2%. I don’t have enough good things to say. Thanks for making this and quick and easy process. Amee you’re the best and I highly recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a home. 🙏🏼 🙏🏼

  At my age buying a house for the first time was the farthest thing from my mind until I was pushed into it by my landlord. Amee came recommended to me by my real estate agent and I thank God for her patience and guidance every day. She talked me through each and every step ( in language that I could understand) with the utmost patience and kindness, (we even had a few laughs along the way). It is thanks to her and her team that we now own the perfect house ( and I did not lose my mind in the process LOL!). She never minded even the dumbest of questions ( and there were plenty I am sure). She made the entire process painless and so fast that when we got to closing it was a wonderful relaxed experience.   Amee processed my VA loan eligibility quickly and professionally. She was always available to respond to my concerns and swiftly navigated directly through VA channels to obtain a COE for the remainder of my entitlement after a past foreclosure. It took more than quadruple the amount of time for my previous loan’s processor to get to the same point and he had me do all the footwork with the VA. Anyone considering a VA backed home loan should be talking with Amee.
