  Nikki with Axia Home Loans is professional in her job. She has worked tirelessly and superbly to get loan approved for our new home. She also communicates very well with her clients throughout the process. I was really amazed how quickly she was able to get our VA loan refinanced with conventional to get our VA home loan approved in due time. I would greatly recommend her to anyone for their home loans. Thank you again Nikki to get our home loans approved in time.

  Axia Home Loans is the best mortgage company! I got my loan from Axia 6 years ago when I bought my condo. The process run smoothly. Nikki Meyerink team is the best! This year I went back to Axia to refinance my condo. Nikki and her team is the best communicator! They respond to my questions right away. They will help you what paperworks they need and what not for the loan. I am a very happy customer! Thanks again Nikki and your team. Looking forward to working with you again to get my next home. 😁

  Most inept home loan serviceing company I have ever worked with. They continued to over charge me on my escrow account by almost $400 even after I provided them with a copy of my property tax bill. Did not pay my property taxes when due even though they had over double the amount in escrow causing a delinquent tax notice with penalty to be sent to me. When I called about it, I had to send then a copy of the notice to prove they hadn't paid it so they could review it and was told that it would take 10 business days for them to review. I found this very hard to believe sine it took them over 2 months to review my escrow information that I sent and I still haven't heard the outcome on that. We refinanced our loan due to no response about the escrow account and I'm glad we did. I would never do business with them and would not recommend their services to anyone.

  As a first time home buyer I was very apprehensive about the whole process. I had a lot of reservations. My first contact with Jennifer Patrick from Axia was after hours on a Friday. She took OVER AN HOUR to talk to me, answer questions, make recommendations and tell me about the process and what to expect. I could have gone ANYWHERE for the type of loan we have, but I chose Jennifer and Rachel at Axia because they EARNED my business. They are caring, dedicated, focused, driven and have EXCELLENT customer service! I could not have asked for a better lending team to lead me in this process! They were both available at all times of the day to answer questions or review documents for us. They worked tirelessly to make sure that our loan was quick, easy and painless and at the end pushed even further so we could close early! I wouldn't hesitate to use Jennifer and Rachel again at all! Fantastic work ladies, I appreciate you both and THANK YOU!!
