      I have banked at this branch for years. It has continued to go downhill. There has been a huge turnover in this branch. In general it seems like the staff find ways to not take care of customers. I think that us bank should literally shut this one down and start over. If you want a great branch try Burlingame.

      Are always very short staffed and it gets worse every time I go there. For a number of reasons I have to do my banking in person. A few days ago several of us gave up and walked out. I had just visited the credit union across the street where they had plenty of staff on hand. I am now in the process of choosing another place to do my banking.

      No help available during covid so add an hour to your time or hit a different branch. You'll get the long wait!! Tried this branch again last week. Still frustrating. I am a long time u.s. bank user but less and less a fan over the past few years . There has got to be a better way. Maybe even put a couple more atm on this property and it would be improved quite a bit.

      Tatiana is rude and snobby and not very competent.After talking to her I went to the Terwilliger branch. Night and day experience. They were super friendly, kind, and helpful and were able to help me with the issue Tatiana said she couldn’t help me with. She should get an award for snobbiest service of the year.

      I recently had the pleasure of banking at the Lake Oswego US Bank branch and have to say I was blown away by the curtesy and willingness that Berry Jansen (branch manager) offered me. I would recommend this branch to anyone looking for a professional and friendly atmosphere to bank in.

      Terrible customer service the branch manager is rude and should be fired. His name is Dillon Janssen he is the manager and extremely unprofessional and rude! I have banked at this branch for many years and it has gone downhill to a level where I closed all my accounts and my family did. I highly recommend you stay away from this branch you will regret working with such a rude people.

      Although I did not have as good as an experience at other branches, Teresa at the kruse way location in lake oswego was extremely above and beyond helpful. I had a difficult request at 4:00pm on a Friday and her mentality was “there has to be a way to figure this out!.” Instead of telling me to come back another day with my spouse she took it upon herself to find any solution she could to complete my request that day. She is awesome! The other staff members were also extremely helpful. Although they did not know the solution to my question they got me to a person who could help me. That’s great customer service!
