  Scott should teach as an adjunct professor for any college program that includes courses in customer service, stakeholder management or just plain good old client management. This is my second time going through Scott and he is the epitome of professional, informative and patient. Furthermore, he was incredibly quick in responding to the myriad of questions posed to him during the refi process. Considering the volume of refi's right now, this is very impressive.
