  I worked with Cheryl to buy my first home, and it was the best! I'm so grateful that I got to work with her. I was really impressed with the process - everything from uploading documents to the final signing was super easy. Cheryl did an amazing job communicating, so I always knew what was happening. Closing was easy and clear. It was overall a great experience.

  Only giving one star because I can’t give a zero. Had the worst home buying experience! I do not recommend. They seem like they have everything together, but once your paperwork starts to get misplaced and they can’t seem to give definitive answers you’ll agree. The number will always change even up to the end . The day we were supposed to sign our final paperwork it was not ready . We were sent with a number to the bank to get a cashiers check to be told a half hour later we needed 600$ more . Later that evening we needed to come up with 3,000$ more . We visited the establishment multiple times and they could never give us the right cash to close amount even the day we signed papers they were wrong. They told us we would be getting 4200$ back and we got 3400$ . I called Cheryl immediately and she had nothing to say about it. Not once did they every try to make anything right! She would never admit she told us wrong Information multiple times . Not even did I ever hear a sorry . She had an attitude and then ended the conversation. Haven’t heard anything since this all happened 7/3/19. It was so bad we only got our loan with them because by this time it was too late and we would of lost the home we were buying .

  Wonderful people and great service! They work hard to get you the loan you need. My experience was great and would highly recommend them to anyone!
