      The ATM took my cash deposit and did not process it. I called the number provided from the receipt to report the issue and in order to expedite the process the representative had instructed me to follow up the next day with the branch manager. I had done so and Megan, the branch manager, had slightly brushed me off but had told me she would look into it and follow up with me that day. It has been several days and I followed up with the representatives on the phone to update that I hadn’t heard back from the branch manager so they said they would follow up with her in order to get an answer. I have heard absolutely nothing and I am not pleased with how this is being handled/the fact that it isn’t being handled. Very unprofessional. Disappointed. RESPONSE TO REPLY: I DO NOT NEED TO HAVE THE PROCESS EXPLAINED AGAIN LARISA. I am well aware of what that process is, but the main point here is that I was told that a branch manager could expedite the process AND said branch manager that I did speak with has NOT gotten back to me as promised. There has been ZERO follow through and apparently you missed that point while reading what I wrote. It would be conducive to actually pay attention to the content before responding.

      We’re sorry the ATM malfunctioned on you, Nicholas. We understand the frustration, as you did not get the service you came for. Once a dispute is filed U.S. Bank is required to respond to Reg. E claims within 10 business days of receiving notification from the customer. Claim investigations may take up to 45 calendar days in some cases. When an investigation has not been closed within 10 business days, provisional credit of the disputed amount is applied on the 11th business day. I hope that helps explain our process.       With U S Bank being one of the only banks in Susanville expect a weight I had to schedule an appointment to open an account and it was 5 days out and then I waited 20 minutes past my appointment time before anyone even spoke to me. Decent bank with a lot of branches

      Wow...it's shocking how this branch gets new customers, because the rudeness in them is on point. I come in; wait in line. I tell them I'm here to open a bank account. They said have a seat. I have a seat. Flocks of ppl come in. Get helped first. No one tells me I'm waiting for someone to get back. They return from what I guess was lunch, and they say what are you here for today. I let them know, and how long I've been waiting, and that no one told me I was waiting for someone to get back from lunch. No apology just straight to business. I walked out. Lesson! Customer Service is Key!

      I go here for ATM usage for my prepaid card without paying fees. It's a great ATM conveniently on Main St. Dispenses cash in $5 's & $20's.
