  After having spent nearly $700 for appraisals in 2 failed attempts to obtain refinancing, a (now even more treasured) friend recommended Avrus Financial. The staff at Avrus was topnotch. Helpful and professional. They got the information that they needed and did not ask for information that they knew from experience, was not going to be needed. This made the application process quick and easy. Ours was a somewhat complex situation so we had reason to talk to several members of the staff, during the process, and found all of them to be just as friendly and professional as Steve and Joe. The refi that they were able to negotiate for us is saving us over $600 per month. Needless to say we are very happy and recommend Avrus Financial without any reservations what so ever.

  I have a positive experience with avrus mortage company,this is a real deal. -no upfront fees, so for a refinance, there is no real risk. If it does not work, just ditch them and try your look somewhere else. In my case, it worked quite well, I refinanced and closed after at a low interest rate and truly no cost. In fact, just for applying for a loan.they lower there fees While not totally problem free (some duplicate work which I think was mostly caused by the title company) closing day is quite good. I never had a more lower cost refiance . Highly recommend for investments refinances.
