  Jaymini Dave at Avant Financial Group is the most knowledgeable, helpful and communicative mortgage broker I've ever worked with. My husband and I were involved in an escrow that took almost 7 months, and Jaymini was by our side through every step and constantly was in direct communication with our whole team. So glad we did not go with a big bank. We will without-a-doubt use this firm and Jaymini to re-finance in the future.

  Having been a first time home buyer and using a jumbo loan, I would not have been able to do it without the amazing staff at Avant. The personal care they took, the time they spent, the clear explanations of everything...it was truly a concierge experience for an incredible price! Save your money, do NOT use a mainstream broker, I highly recommend Jay with Avant for anyone out there.

  We have bought and refinanced many times but we have always gone with one of the big banks. This is the first time we have used a small business and I have too say that the whole experience was amazing . Jaymini was great, very responsive and professional, she is on top of everything, got us the rate we were looking for and came through for a very positive experience. I would highly recommend.
