      Made a wire transfer at 10:30AM at the branch and was told it wouldn’t take more than 2 hours for it to hit the recipients account. I needed the money in the account by 1PM. Five hours later and over an hour wasted on the phone and still no transfer. Back at the branch to be told to sit and wait because it’s in “limbo”.... how wonderful!

      Do not use chase bank! I had check fraud of over 4k and they said it was my fault. So I have to take them to small claims court. Went into this branch to change the account information, was told I'd have access to my old records online, not true. Went back to get print outs of my history to file taxes. They said it would be mailed to me in 2 weeks, that was 8 weeks ago still no paperwork. DO NOT USE CHASE.

      I recently opened a checking account 12 days ago and today received a letter detailing that my account will be closed. I called to verify if the information was correct. The bank stated that they decided to end their banking relationship with me and they did not provide me a reason as to why they were closing my bank account. The lesson I learned is that I should have listened to my friend who claimed Chase is a terrible bank and I shouldn't open an account with them. For anyone planning on opening a bank account with Chase, I advise you to go to a different banking company. There you will be provided full explanations and better service.

      I have never had any banking issues until I started using this branch. Every time I go, there is a line, they have also started not accepting checks written to our business with our business name that have been accepted for over 5 years at all other locations. This branch makes banking difficult.

      Tried to open an additional checking account as an existing (now-ex-customer). Apparently, all the “bankers” were too busy to help and I was told to come back another day. Additionally I was told it would take 45 minutes... Bank of America got the whole thing done in 3 minutes. Way to treat long term customers Chase...

      Moved to Marina del Rey from No. Ca. Went into branch to order new checks & was told I would be charged. I told her I have never paid for checks. She made no additional efforts. Upon arriving home I called my No. Ca branch to ask when the change Occurred. I was told the plans had changed but with my balance of over $15,000. I still qualified for free checks Something the So. ca teller never checked or offered. Not the way to keep my business☹️

      I had the chance to start/build and finalise an important project with one of the Senior Banker here, Roderick S., outstanding customer service, super smart and hard worker, we had few issues in the middle the project and Rod was available to work for us on the weekend (until late) to make things happen. Cannot be more happy about the final outcome. Thanks.

      Exceptional staff Carolyn and Thelma are attentive caring professional as well as tellers. Compared to Fullerton on Harbor blvd poor. Homeless get coffee in Fullerton unprofessional daily. Chase on Admiralty Way beyond customer service!!:) Excellent here thumbs up.👍🏼 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

      Tried to open a savings account (I'm already a checking account holder with them) told I need address verification in a bill. After I was told I could open it no problem and had already come back with ID. Really poor service. Horrible experience. It's like they aren't even trying.
