  Bought a car from this place about a year ago, thought they were being straight shooters "one vet to another"... sold me a car that had a carfax record from hell, a crash with frame damage reported and all kinds of other stuff. Yea I know I could have looked into it and done my research. Learned the hard way because I went to sell it due to purchasing another vehicle and dealerships won't even make me an offer on it just because if the vehicle history. 19,000 dollar debt for a car that even carvana offered me only 200 bucks for, literally 200 dollars... so if you want to feel like you're being taken care of and all that jazz, just to be sold junk cars that they probably paid next to nothing for to begin with, go to this place. Should have known better than to stop into a "car event" at a lot that looks like a ghost town any other day of the month. Do your research I guess, I'll never visit this place again.

  My wife and I went to test drive a vehicle on the lot she liked... we dealt with Brandon, we were very happy and satisfied at the end of our experience. He was no pressure (which usually turns me away) he was honest and seemed to genuinely care that we found a vehicle we liked. When I say honest I'm mean honesty that he proved by various ways!!!! I don't do alot of reviews but Brandon showed uncommon honesty and character I had to this time. He took care of one minor issue I had with the vehicle we purchased no problem at all. I had a guy I always went to for years, I probably bought 6 vehicles off the guy but he retired... I told my wife Brandon is that guy now. This was a little lengthy but I didn’t want this to be a general or generic review.

  I worked with Brandon. When I contacted him he didn't have what I wanted on the lot but he worked really hard to find the perfect car for me! He communicated with me the whole process. Buying from Brandon is like purchasing from a friend, he really does have your best interest at heart!

  I called and wanted to buy a car. Had a 4 hour drive. Tried to ask questions before the drive. Come to find out a lot of there vehicles have been wrecked. Like pretty bad. That explains the lower prices. The sales guy randy. Very unprofessional. Very rude. I wanted to buy a car. Had the money. Was ready to buy. But didn’t want the business. Asked to talk to another sales guy. Wouldn’t let me. Asked to talk to his boss. Wouldn’t let me. Then he hung up when I said I need the owners contact. Still never got that either. But I wouldn’t ever buy a car from this place. I wouldn’t give this place a star at all but had to give atleast one. Good luck to everyone trying to buy a car but stay away from here if you can.

  When I arrived I was greeted promptly, but not pressured. They were very intuitive to my needs and wants . I would highly recommend this establishment !! I received the deal I wanted and had great experience , will definitely be back to buy another vehicle when its time . MY salesman David Perkins is a constenant professional, ask for him !!!!

  Very friendly and helpful staff with great insight and guidance into helping us find my wife's new car. Randy Robbins is an absolute professional and a very warm person to work with. CT was instrumental in applying his vast financial expertise towards finding the right bank to finance our new car through. I strongly recommend Randy and the entire Estle Auto Mart staff if you're looking for a reliable car or truck!

  So much for GUARENTEED to get you in a car... lmao yeah right well I appreciate your response and we stopped in while yall had that event going on. I'll call the store tomorrow and see why I couldn't get approved since we were not told

  I am sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations. Our Goal is 100% credit approval, rarely do we have to turn someone away. You did not provide a name, other than a company name which is not logged in our system, therefore it is very difficult to see exactly what may have happened with your loan request. Good, bad, or no credit, folks drive away in late model, low miles vehicles every day. If you have bumps in your credit, as long as you can prove your income, prove your address, we can get you approved! There must be more to the story.

  Reccommend going here and talking to Randy. But i would try to avoid the sale days. He did what he had to to make it right on the vehicle I bought.
