Went in for brake fluid and she offers oil change, assumed I know closing time, never gave an update on my car, unless I made contact FIRST! Unprofessional, rude and no customer service. Told me it’s my fault for mleaving my things in the car. All I asked for was an update and why I couldn’t get a courtesy call about my car being left overnight. I work overnight as a few of them know and the 2 times I took my car for A/C issues it was taken care of same day with updates FIRST from them. First and last time dealing with her! If in need of service please don’t go on website you must know your knowledge otherwise everything is your fault
