  I would recommend this title loan company to anyone. When I was in need for some extra cash they were there to help me. They worked with me many times. If I needed some extra time as long as I communicated with them they worked with me. If you are in the market for a title loan I would recommend giving auto title loan USA a shot to help you out. 😀

  I would not recommend doing business here, I don’t know what person the rest of the customers have been talking to, but the “Owner” has no appreciation for her customers, and stated, “I can talk to you however I want to...” She’s very rude! I always want to know where my dollars are going to, not out of accusation which “Owner” stated I seem to do every time I call in, “You call in every month and accuse us of robbing you!” For the record, never did I say, “You’re robbing me!” IF they could provide itemized statements or receipts when I pay them I wouldn’t be calling in for my balance or just a simple explanation regarding the accounting side related to interest! She’s got lack of respect for her customers! She doesn’t realize that it’s the customers that are paying the extra fees to run her business or pay for the over-priced used items in her store! You may have done me a favor on a loan for an emergency situation but I believe I’ve made you richer by almost paying double due to the high interest rate.... which I’m aware of! So the next time you feel you need to talk down to a customer, get off your high horse and please remember who feeds you and your kids, the customers!

  I was very nervous and skeptical regarding getting a title loan on my Harley due to all the horror stories I had heard however after many phone calls I ended up at Auto Title Loans USA who were very helpful and patient in explaining the hassle-free process and got me in and out in record time. Go see Angela if you're in need of a title loan. Who thought it would've been so easy and really helped me get out of a bind!

  Was very uneasy after hearing horror stories from friends who dealt with other companies. All my worries went away after talking to the friendly staff. Very professional and they explain EVERYTHING. Couldn't have asked for a better experience... would recommend to anyone needing cash fast. Thank you!!

  Do not get a loan through them they one of there employees didnt update our information in the system missled my boyfriend and after they couldn't get contact by phone was supposed to result by mail didnt and after one miss payment repoed the car over 1100 loan wont except there mess up and keep telling lies to cover there butts up do not go to them

  Spoke to people at this store, they sent someone to me from another of their locations, would work with them again if I needed a title loan.
