  I have had Auto Owners insurance for as long as I can remember. I just had to unfortunately file a claim and Adam was unbelievable how helpful and understanding he was. He is one of the reasons I stay with Auto Owners Insurance. Wonderful company with amazing employees.

  Had the unfortunate luck of being in an accident. The agent assigned to my case was very helpful. And it took them 3 days from the time I reported the accident to making a decision on totalling my vehicle. The quick process was very unexpected because it was the few days before Thanksgiving. The agent was also help in helping me get a rental and went above and beyond with letting me using the rental over Thanksgiving weekend because of how late in the day on Wednesday they contacted me about the claim. If she wouldn't have done that I would have been without transportation the rest of the week.

  Do not use this insurance company ! They screwed me out of paying a claim because they said it took to long to complete the work. funny thing is they recommended the contractor that took to long and then refused to pay the remainder of the bill, never asked for a penny more than they originally agreed to for the project, Very difficult to communicate with and refuse to talk to me about it now forcing me to hire a lawyer Avoid at all cost.

  Coverage was great, until we got into an accident. It has been a great struggle trying to get reach of these people for medical or wage coverage. I am waiting at home with a neck immobilizing pain and I can't get seen for an MRI, because these people won't answer there phone! Also, going on week 4 off work, and still no wage, I can't reach them!

  If you want to wait 6 months to a year on a claim They act like they don’t care about you just your money 💰 every month for over 10 years but not any more !!!! ☹️😡☹️
