  If I could give negative stars I would. Account set up to auto pay, they take multiple payments and you have to fight and wait for refund. Then they charge late fees. Paid off loan/closed account and they are still auto withdrawing money. Still fighting to get that payment back 😡

  Used to love this credit union, but it has changed over the years. I recently discovered that they had changed my account and have been charging a monthly fee. I didn´t want or authorize the change, but they will not refund the money. They prefer to lose me as a customer rather than return the money they took from me. Very disappointing.

  Used to be a wonderful place to bank. Managment has been horrible. Office hours a bad at the Western Branch. Random fees and extra charges (more than some banks). Was laughed at when explaining a problem, even after having been a part of there system for over 20 years.

  Western branch closed Tuesday and Wednesday. Also they charge $5 to change ATM pin. They say it's because an "Outside Company" manages the pin change. Lets give my "PERSONAL IDENTIFICATION NUMBER" to as many companies as possible... Thanks 1st general .. I refuse to pay $5 to change my pin, so they lost all of my ATM business. GREAT POLICY LMAO!!

  This business was very well run about 5 years ago. I knew by name about four girls that worked there by name now there's new girls behind the desk every 6 to 10 weeks don't really care for that specially since before they had the same girls in there for years. Not the workers faults poor management
