  Lori gives the very best service at this place!!!!!! She does amazing work, she has amazing customer service, she will do anything she can for the customers!!!!! I am so glad to be doing business with Auto money just because of Lori and I will recommend them a thousand times again because of Lori she is the best person I have ever met in the title loan business!!!!!!! She is an amazing person and the best manager that I have ever met in the title loan business!!!!!!! Her boss definitely needs to keep her around because she is very awesome with amazing customer service and willing to go above and beyond for the customer!!!!!!!! She even sat down and showed me a quicker way to pay off my loan and I have had several title loans with different companies and no one has ever done this for me I definitely appreciate her and would recommend her to anyone!!!!!!! She definitely knows the business inside and out and she is willing to do anything she can to help the customers!!!!!!!

  I always enjoy dealing with the staff at Auto Money. They have helped me out twice with loans during difficult times. Lori and Kenny are courteous, respectful and know there jobs extremely well. Great customer service with minimal wait time.

  Ms Lori, the manager. Was very helpful. I got the money I needed quickly. She even showed me the best way to pay back my loan quickly. Helping me save money. I’ve had loans at other places. I have never had someone care so much about customer service. Thanks again, Ms Lori!!

  Have a wonderful experience . Lori and her team was very professional from the moment I walked in the door . Greeted me with smiling friendly face and pleasure conversation.. Please look them up for your title loan needs they will get in and out and you will leave happy and smiling.

  When I first got my loan through them everything was great... Then Lori left. I was always 11 days early with my payment and the one time I wasn't early Alec called 2 days before my payment was due freaking out that I hadn't paid yet. Everything went down hill from there. I won't ever go back to this location. And I won't recommend it.

  Y'all this place is the best loan company in the Welcome area for sure! I've had loans with other companies that are right on that same strip and lemme tell you, Lori knows what she's doing! She's also very attentive to me and the other customers when I'm in there paying or reupping a loan. Lori definitely cares for her customers, something I have not seen in many places. This is the ONLy place I go for my loans now! Thanks Lori!

  These folks are awesome! I as able to get a loan quickly and Lori worked with me when I was having an issue. I’ve had loaned at other places and these guys are the best! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for some extra cash!

  Offered me 601$ for 135$ per month for 12 months. Consumer Choice Title Loans in Easley gave me same loan for 103$ a month for 12 months. There a family owned family oriented Christian company. Go there instead.

  Says your approved as soon as you walk in the door, but your not. The blonde lady wouldn’t even give me a penny for my car. She claims it was leaking from standing inside the store, it was also raining so there was a small puddle where I parked and she claims my car was leaking. Very disappointed.
