  In a difficult situation I was experiencing my car got repossessed. Since it was taken I had good communication with Timothy the district manager and Pam the manager. Now this morning I called to speak with Pam about making transactions towards my account. I was told by Timothy and Pam as long as it paid in full the same day. It's exactly 10:01 am I called Yvonne answered and told me it had to be one transaction I was trying to explain that's not what I was told and I've speaking with Pam on holding things. She cuts me off and say well we've been trying to call you for several days about your car and I said I'm talking right now once car was taking the calls and conversation I was having. Everything went left... Yvonne catches a attitude and say I just got in the store 10mins and I'm trying handle things. While she was cutting me off I keep saying well let me get Timothy number because I'm not arguing but obviously she was completely negative towards. The whole time she saying I'll give you a call back in 10 mins and have a nice day and hangs up the phone. She's not listening to anything I'm saying and completely ignores me. Every time she answered I'm asking her well can I just get Timothy number. Yvonne could of handle whatever she needs to but I just wanted the district manager number. Her customer service was horrible. I didn't call to fuss but she went completely left and took everything negative. With me being 8 months pregnant I didn't need this upset early this morning. I actually had to call another Automoney to find out if they have the same district manager and she said they didn't but she'll get in contact with Timothy for me. I'm still waiting on Yvonne to call...... extremely rude
