  The girl Shaun or whatever her name is ..is not professional at all ..since when is hanging up on a customer as they are talking good customer service ..then she says well I am going to keep calling you until you commit to a day ..well I was trying to tell you before you rudely hung up in my face the day I will be in but I would love to transfer to a different location ..
