  If I could leave no stars I would, because my best friend read the reviews on AAR Towing that they used to repo her car. They have a rating of 1.8 so my best friend called the Summerville AutoMoney (I was listening to the conversation) and Jenny answered the phone very rudely might I add, my best friend proceeds to ask why they used AAR, because of their rating, she said because they have good insurance but to hell with with the fact people’s stuff gets stolen out of vehicle’s while in their possession. I would like to add that she did what she had to do to get her car back, AAR said she couldn’t get it until tomorrow, because it’s in “transit” and because it had been less than 24 hours since repossessed..STAY CLEAR OF BOTH OF THESE BUSINESSES

  Do not use these people. Do to communication failure on my part (admittedly) my boat was seized. I payed the loan in full and now I have a title with no boat because the fly by night towing guy who runs his company with a cell phone that isn't on can not be contacted to release my property. Auto money manager Tasha is completely unwilling to assist in finding my property and has given me a phone number and address to where they believe my boat is and told me it is up to me to find and schedule the return of my own property that they were paid for. they have poor customer service and she only wants money. she had no intention of working with me to get my property back but gladly accepted 2700 cash as I was told to handle it myself and the information I was given was all they cared to do. my loan is paid in full and my property is over an hour and a half away with a guy who can't be reached
