  I have never ever had a better experience in my life than dealing with mandy at this auto place. I would highly recomend auto financial group. No hassel, no waiting just pure honest to the point. Bam , tell her what you want, what you can afford and she will make it happen.

  i was in need of a car and had doubts of getting in something nice, but richie and mandy made sure i was able to drive my 2019 kia off the lot. its an awesome family oriented environment with great service i would recommend them to anyone who needs a car.

  Customer service was good that's why I gave them 2 stars Bought 2006 ford expedition from them in July. made one payment and the truck is already broke down, have no idea what's wrong with it. I traded in a ford focus which had no problems ran good need something bigger for my family. Now seems like I have a lemon. Auto Financial Group LLC broke down after a month, dont remember any extended warranty. Fix one thing another thing breaks. My friend who is a mechanic (mechanic for Chrsler) is basically telling me the Expedition is junk. It can't be Repaired!!! Have only been able to use it for less than 6 weeks...I still owe over $9000.00 and have only made 2 pmts with 34 more pmts due and been told by a mechanic its junk. WHATS WRONG WITH THIS PICTURE???? I have always taken the warranty coverage in pass and really don't remember being offered the warranty. I have a family, wife and 3 kids just trying to have something better for them and instead we are being taken...

IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO HAVE OUR GUYS TAKE A LOOK AT IT OVER AT ELITE KAR CARE I WOULD BE HAPPY TO HELP GET YOU IN TO THE RIGHT HANDS .. BUT SINCE YOU LIVE OUT OF STATE IN OHIO I WOULD SUGGEST SOMEWHERE LOCAL SINCE IT IS NOT WARRANTY WORK BEING PERFORMED .. I WISH THERE WAS MORE I COULD DO FOR YOU ..   Called about a car that was on the website, was told to come check it out, drove 1/2 hour to get there, and they were like, "oh, we sold it." That was awesome, then he says, I'll show you another for the same price.... The "other" option had a cracked windshield, an exhaust issue, needed new breaks, and had a ton of wiring hanging out from the dashboard. Not happy at all that I wasted time or gas to get there.

YOU CAME IN ON ONE OF THE MOST BUSIEST DAYS OF THE TAX SEASON AND EVERYTHING WAS SELLING LIKE HOT CAKES !!! THE SALES ARE BASES ON A FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS ... THE ONLY THING WE COULD DO FOR YOU AT THAT POINT WITH THE CASH YOU WERE WORKING WITH WAS TO SHOW YOU OTHER THINGS IN YOUR PRICE RANGE .. KEEP IN MIND THAT THE VEHICLES IN YOUR PRICE RANGE ARE MODELS THAT WE TOOK IN ON TRADE AND YES THEY HAVE HIGHER MILES AND SOME BUMPS AND BRUISES .HOWWEVER.. WE TOLD YOU WHAT WAS WRONG WITH THE VEHICLE SO YOU NEW THERE WERE ISSUES THAT NEEDED TO BE DEALT WITH WE DIDNT LIE TO YOU OR MISLEAD YOU ... HOWEVER I WOULD BE WILLING TO GIVE YOU A $20 GAS CARD TO FIX THE ISSUE OF YOUR WASTED TIME ...AGAIN WE APOLOGIZE FOR YOUR INCONVENIENCE AND WOULD LIKE TO MAKE IT RIGHT
