  I called Customer Support for help logging in. Morgan took my call. She was very patient in figuring out the problem and walking me through setting up an online account. I was also dealing on my end with a new phone, which made it more challenging. Her patience never wavered and her good humor remained.

  I became a member of this credit union almost 20 years back when it was a FEDERAL credit union. Since it has changed over, customer service has been terrible. When I was a victim of fraud, they were always great at helping me resolve the matter. Now I have to jump through hoops and still never got my over draft fees refunded from the last fraudulent activity. I’m going to take my business elsewhere. I don’t need the added stress.

  They are supposed to be open on Saturday but they are not and now my loan payment is late since I work a Monday to Friday 9 to 5 or later

  Hi Ricky! Our Brownstown and Southgate locations are open from 9am-1pm on Saturday's. We apologize if we missed you during non business hours.
