  Ken was was awesome, the whole staff was friendly. They helped me and my family with a vehicle, which also helps my credit. If you are in need of a vehicle and have no where else to go, I highly recommend them.

  I was very happy with the service and help getting our van until now, a year later we get a flat tire and find the spare tire is missing, which we were not made aware of. It was very frustrating and quite an inconvenience. Update: We had another great experience with AFSC the missing spare on our last purchase was frustrating but we managed. Hoping this vehicle will be perfect. Thanks for all the help Ken

  (PLEASR READ BEFORE INVESTING YOUR TIME WITH THEM) I was referred by three coworkers who also live in Roseau and purchased vehicles from them. Took a two hour drive from Roseau MN to get there with the main purpose to check out the vehicle and fill out additional paperwork. I arrived and had to fill out an application that was already done over the phone with their sales staff Cody Gunville and at the end of it all, I was denied because "I haven't worked a full year with the jobs I currently have." Which doesn't make sense cause I can easily make payments, pay bills and still have money set aside to save... So an African American man with a credit score of 632 who's currently working two jobs for ten months to be exact, has more than five references, makes well over two thousand dollars per month and provide a down payment can't be approved. 12/12/19 UPDATE! The next day I called them back and asked them to email me the monthly expense sheet I filled out and then was told that they also add a 100 dollar hidden expense and label it as entertainment and a 100 dollar hidden expense labeled as miscellaneous which is known to set anyone up to be denied by them to make matters worse they've been doing this for 30 years with various other customers without them being aware unless they ask for this information. You would think that going out to eat, cellphone bill, cable/internet bill, would be considered as entertainment and miscellaneous right?... PLEASE NOTE THAT IF YOU CHOOSE TO DO BUSINESS WITH THEM JUST KNOW THAT THEY WILL ADD THAT 100 DOLLAR HIDDEN EXPENSE LABELED AS ENTERTAINMENT AND A 100 DOLLAR HIDDEN EXPENSE LABELED AS MISCELLANEOUS AND WILL NOT MENTION ABOUT IT WHEN YOU FILL OUT THE MONTHLY EXPENSES FORM. (You can also find that Cody Gunville made a 5 star review as an employee to boost advertising ratings immediately after speaking with him regarding the topic.)

  Went to get a new vehicle they treated me wonderfully and made sure I was in a safe vehicle and explained the whole process for me to clear up any confusion would 10/10 recommend them to everyone

  They did help me get a vehicle. But two days after I got the vehicle from them I called and told them that the chargers in the car do not work. He told me he would talk to his boss and get back to me about it but never heard from him. They have not called to see how the car is working for me. 10/26/2018 I called them and told them that I was having issues with me car and they helped me figure out a way to get it fixed. They overcharge for vehicles. I can’t even try to trade it in cause it is worth a lot less than what I owe on it. I called the bank today to see what the payout amount would be and they won’t even take any of the interest off of the total price that is left to pay so there is no advantages to paying off the vehicle early!! I will never go to them again for a vehicle

  Great service. The salesperson isnt pushy. They're really friendly too. Tell them I sent you, then i get a few bucks off my payments

  They dont help everyone. I have bad credit and this was my first stop. After I was turned away a throw a hail mary to a big car dealer and was put into a vehicle no problem.

  Was in search of a truck but with poor credit hard to fine gave me a decent price on my trade and I got the truck I was hoping for.
