  if I could give them a negative number I would. absolute crooks bought a 2010 rav Toyota from them and transmission blew a month and 2 weeks later. after a month of being ignored was only told it doesn't apply to the lemon law and not under warranty said only thing they could do was get me another car loan and have my voluntary repo my car. do not do business with them. please pass this on. two mechanics have said car shouldn't have been sold..always have your cars inspected before purchase because these people would sell u something with no motor

  This place is awesome! Great customer service, and unbelievable deals. I thought I could never get another loan, and these guys gave me the chance i needed to buy safe and reliable vehicle for me and my family. Rich lock down the deal, and Billy helped me with all my needs. I highly recommend this dealership!

  Terrible experience bought a car 6 weeks later car engine died and isn't working all they provided was the lemon law timeline has passed. Terrible and dishonest sales people.

  I am a first time buyer. I know very little about insurance/financing etc. I was talking to a woman (Kristina) though text for the past couple days, trying to apply for financing etc and she was as helpful as she could be answering my questions. I explained my concerns about how I was nervous about a high insurance bill and all that. I talked it over with my partner and we came to conclusion that we would be able to make it work and then all of a sudden, I got this email from “Richie” stating I “have my hands full” and to “come back in the spring” (i’m looking for a car NOW. not in the spring). basically saying he doesn’t want to do business with me or work with me to figure these things out or help calm my nerves a bit. Incredibly frustrating and really disheartening as a first time buyer. The only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because Kristina was really patient with me and all my questions. She was quick to respond to me etc. But I suggest she start working somewhere else, honestly. Don’t put all that into this “business”. I highly suggest, if you’re a first time buyer and have anxiety about buying your first car, DONT go to “Rich”. Kind of stinks because I know quite a few people he knows and I had faith.

  Let me start off by saying I was having a super difficult time getting a good rate and approval from other dealerships due to my challenging credit. I started speaking to the amazing Mike on the phone but a coworker made me believe it was a hoax. After careful consideration I decided to finally give it a go. I was matched with Rich to help me out and I must say he is hands down the best person I have ever dealt with in sales. He was so pleasant extremely helpful and did whatever I took to help me get into the vehicle I loved. I would absolutely continue to recommend this place to others. Every single person there was helpful and kind. That’s exactly what people need because car shopping can be extremely frustrating. Thank you so much for making it an easy experience for me!

  I couldn’t believe how great and fast working Rich and the Auto Credit Superstore staff were. Financing was quick and simple, the car looked brand new when I picked it up, and most of all I left knowing I’d done business with someone I can trust.

  I have had the most terrible experience with a guy by the name of Rich. He is the rudest person I have ever had to deal with in my life. He is very unprofessional. I went to claim a down payment I had put down and I was replied back by one of the guys that work there that I would pick it up as I wasn't getting a car with them. I went over and Rich was so rude to me. He told me I wasn't going to get the money back and shouted at me to leave. And he threatened to call the police on me! I have never been so embarrassed in my life! I will never do business with that auto place ever again and the way he deals with customers is appalling!
