If I could give them a negative I would!! Account managers and supervisors have no professionalism or customer service. Purchased my car from Casey Kia which was an amazing experience only to now have to deal with these unprofessional people. I tried to switch account managers with no luck. I was out on medical leave and have the STD insurance in my purchase agreement and they still shut my vehicle off. Not understanding or no interest in working with their clients. If the dealer you are purchasing from uses them RUN THE OTHER WAY🙄🙄🙄

My car was recently totaled so me and my insurance company have been trying to get in touch with the claims manger at auto credit she finally responds a week a later and then she gets a attitude and gets real nasty with my fiancé when he tells her we have purchased a car already and went through another finance company. This place is so unprofessional is sicking they cut my car off one day cuz I needed to update my insurance but no one ever called to inform they just shut it off. I really wish I would of looked at the reviews before going with this company

I was determined to pay off my car and never use this financing company again. I also overpaid upon making my last payment. I was told I I'd receive a refund for the small amount I overpaid. Im not sure how many years it's been , money never received.

Made a payment online(paid a convenience fee) 2 days ago, last night my vehicle was disabled. Tried 3 times to call before tje weekend and cannot get an answer. Extremely unprofessional for a company that can disable your vehicle. Wish i would have known i would have purchased my vehicle somewhere else. Considering taking legal action.

Avoid this place at all costs!!!! Absolutely the worst, constantly having my vehicle shut off even though payment was made. They took out extra payments and now I have to wait two weeks to get it refunded!!!! Seriously, go somewhere else!!! Horrible place, horrible people who care nothing about their customers!!!! If I could give zero stars I would.

I just called and made a payment and I must admit that today was my best experience on the phone with this company. Gloria J. was very professional and kind. She took the time to explain everything to me and I was very happy with the results of this phone call. I will make sure that I tell others to use this company and ask for Gloria J., She is a true professional and represents Auto Credit of Virginia very well. Thanks again Mrs Gloria J.

Whatever you do, DO NOT make your payment in the IVR. I made a payment and they claimed they didn’t receive it. I made another and now I have two payments coming out of my account. Of course when I called, no one cared. All they could say is, “We don’t refund payments!” Now I gotta figure out how imma get through next week with a child and $20 to my name. They treat people any kind of way and since day one it’s been problem after problem! I just pray the Lord get me through this year with them so I can find better!

In 2014, I purchased a vehicle from Casey Auto on J Clyde Avenue in Newport News, VA which is being financed from Auto Credit of Virginia. I agreed to pay my car note on a bi-weekly basis. I also agreed to Casey Auto implanting a device on my vehicle called pass time. Pass time is a device that has a GPS locator which will help auto dealers to deactivate movement of a vehicle if the payment had not been made in a timely fashion. Since 2014, I have never been late or missed any payments, yet the device has often left me stranded in dangerous situations. My payment is due every other Monday but I will often pay the Friday or Saturday prior in order to eliminate the constant beeping that the device makes days prior to the car note being due. On thirteen occasions, I have paid the car note either the weekend prior or on Monday in which it was due, yet the device still deactivated usage of my car and has left me stranded for hours. It has gotten to the point where I have had to leave my car and come back to it due to me being stranded in unsafe situations. Being as though I have kept notes on every time this has occurred, I have had to seek legal counsel due to the issues that I have had with Auto Credit. I find that their practices are not only illegal but also unethical. I have tried to plead with Auto Credit and Casey Auto to please bring the car to their auto shop to replace the device but it has gotten me nowhere. The only thing that I have received is unprofessionalism from the staff. It is a shame that people who actually pay their bills are time are punished which is crazy.

First, they deserve 0 stars. Piss poor services. Turn off your car for no reason even when the car payment is paid and the insurance information is updated and sent. Have to call the office multiple time before getting anybody on the phone. It is a rip off company and needs to be out of business.
