  I went there and worked with Keisha, the manager. She's super nice and professional. I would not recommend going anywhere else other than Auto Cash. They do not have that used car salesman feel like TitleMax does. I would recommend Auto Cash to anyone I knew if they were looking for this type of fast service.

  We were in a bind and needed cash NOW. Auto Cash Coal Mountain were so helpful and they would rather you get your title back then get your car, they're competitors are not the same. Highly reccommend and if i ever need similar services i will return.

  Wherever Erin is, you need to bring her back. The big guy you have had in there is not very friendly and down right rude. I am used to a professional and friendly person when I deal with people. She gave that. He isn't nice at all. I gave 4 stars because I typically have had a good experience.
