  We couldn't have asked for a better experience using Austyn as our lender on refinancing our home! The process was SO smooth and easy. She always kept us informed of where we were at during the process. She was very responsive to questions and flexible on things we wanted/needed.   Working with austyn on our new home was nothing short of awesome! The entire process couldn’t of gone any smoother I don’t think. With this being my second time buying a home I kinda knew what to expect. The second time was hands down so much better of a experience due to austyn!
