  My experience with this Audi dealer was great and the customer service given by Tim Carey was exceptional. I came into the dealership and what I wanted was no longer available. Tim gave me other options which were just as great as what I came in to buy. I was glad my time did not go to waste. I also love how he followed up with me to make sure everything was going smooth as this was my first Audi purchase. He also checked in with me periodically due to the fact that I don't live in Virginia and the laws are slightly different when purchasing a used vehicle out of state. I absolutely recommend this dealership as well as Tim for a sales person. He will make sure you are taken care of!

He got me a great deal on my first Audi and fair deal on my trade in. ***Update- horrible communication and processing of out of state vehicle registration*** COVID has delayed alot of processes but we are given different information on when paperwork was submitted-OR EVEN SUBMITTED!   George Sanchez @ Audi Tysons is truly a “Man of the People” and has respect for all buyers not just buyers of high end vehicles. This makes him special in this industry. I was not shopping for any specific brand but more for a good used car. My previous interactions with sales people of used cars was just “meh”. George’s sales style is what made me want to find a car specifically at Audi Tysons. He was such a breeze to deal with, flexible, non pressuring. Trust me when I say my budget was not that big but George instinctively knew my “must haves” and searched for a car within those parameters. He didn’t try to up sell and never made me feel like my budget was too small - I am reasonable as well. You have to understand what you can afford based on what’s out there. My husband was equally impressed and said that he liked how George didn’t always have a “sales pitch come back”. He answered questions thoroughly and knowledgeably and if he didn’t know, said he’d find out. I bought the car from Audi BECAUSE of George Sanchez. On my way out, after I bought the car - a fellow customer commented on it and in my exchange I said “you should use this guy George” and he said “yeah..he did my deal too and he was great”. You can tell when a guy is genuine, the $10K purchaser is just as happy as the $60K purchaser. George is definitely genuine.

  Seyed helped me out. He was thorough and kept in touch via the Audi text system. We were able to get the problem solved quickly. He was very helpful securing a rental and after an audi loaner car. Appreciate the help, highly rec this service center.

  I found my Lexus online and chatted with Matthew Ryan of Audi Tysons Corner about the car online. Matthew was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the car and even sent me a video of the vehicle. He provided prompt answers to all my questions and was very personable and professional. Thanks to Matt's attentiveness and assistance, I made the 2 hour drive to the dealership and bought the car! Matt made the whole buying experience pleasant and was very helpful in teaching me how to use the features on the car. Thanks Matt!

  I had the pleasure of working with Matt to help me get the car of my dreams. The service was just absolutely exceptional from beginning to end. The process went very smoothly. I was able to test drive the model I wanted and he walked me through the whole process with trading in my car and getting my insurance and finances in order. I can’t say enough wonderful things and just how extremely pleased and appreciative I am with my experience at tysons Audi with Matt.   My sales person Matt Ryan was great to work with. He not only negotiated a great price for the car that I was looking at but also stayed after the dealership was closed to make sure the deal and paperwork were finalized correctly. Matt Ryan is a sales person that truly cares about his clients. Any sales person can be attentive during the sale, but the mark of a great sales person is one that follows up and takes care of their customers AFTER the sale, and that is Matt.   Many cars and many dealership visits later, I found the perfect experience. If you are in the market for a quality used car, I cannot recommend Matt Ryan enough. No pressure, extremely informative, and HONEST. One thing that he said resonated with me - "I'm not here to sell you a car, I am here to help you buy the right car". We gave him our background, concerns, and requirements and he curated a selection of very nice cars for us to drive, and never once tried to pressure us out of our price range. The whole experience was done in a matter of hours, including all of the paper work.

  Great Car Buying Experience at Audi Tysons. Mr. Randall Mitchell was wonderful. He made our evening a breeze. Our appointment was at 05:15 PM. While we walked in, the car that we asked for was parked upfront based on our choice( The right interior, right options, right car). Literally in under an hour, we were at the table talking numbers. Though a $60,000+ purchase is a big deal that doesn't really happen in one evening and in one visit, he made us feel comfortable and ensured that it wasn't daunting . He was always all ears and made our car buying a great experience. In No time, we were signing off on the Car and were ready to Drive home our new Q7. Thanks Randall. I hope the service experience is also similar to the sales experience
