  My husband and I recently had a great experience leasing a car with our sales rep, Konstantine at Audi Queens. He was extremely knowledgeable about the Q3, Q5, and Q7, which we were looking at. We ultimately landed with the Q5, and the entire family is very pleased thus far. Kudos to the entire Audi Queens facility for finding the SUV in the color and specs we desired! Everything was top notch from the location to the level of care and expertise.

  I had the pleasure of dealing with Jose M. He was an outstanding sales rep and made sure everything throughout my process was flawless. I shared a quote I had gotten from my previous dealership and he beat it with exceptional service. Jose M made sure to make me feel like home and family and loyalty. Every step of the way he made it easy for me to just get my price I wanted and then literally come in the same day sign my paperwork and leave with my car. Thank you Jose for making my experience exceptional and getting me my first S4! I will be reccomending this dealership and Jose to everyone I know!

  Immediately when I stepped foot inside Audi Queens, it felt like a world-class experience. The staff were polite and nice and showed us around the building. I was a first time buyer and worked closely with Konstantin. Usually, car salesmen have a stereotype of being pushy. However, Konstantin was very patient and was able to answer all of our questions and requests. I would highly recommend purchasing your Audi at Audi Queens for the excellent service, knowledgeable staff, and a world-class experience.

  Outstanding and 1st class service from Audi Queens. The place is beautiful and there were no hard pressure sales tactics. I was extremely impressed and satisfied doing business with Jerry Chen and Robert Moskowitz who were both very knowledgeable and kind. I am now an Audi Queens convert.   Ended up here after a real disappointing visit to Biener Audi. Konstantin spent a lot of time and effort to have me drive a few vehicles I was interested and ended up getting me a great price on the car I wanted. He was very knowledgeable about all the vehicles and all the programs they were offering as well. The manager Sully K. was very helpful and helped me pick the best Audicare package for my vehicle. Would definitely recommend them.

  I just purchased a Certified Pre Owned Q7 at the new Audi Queens dealership in College Point. I must say that from beginning to end the experience was very comfortable, courteous & professional. My salesman Sully Khan was extremely knowledgeable on all aspects of the full inventory of the showroom, he also was immediately in sync with my questions & concerns. I really believe that if it wasn’t for him walking me through every step of the decision making process then this purchase may not have taken place. I would recommend him to any & all friends & family who may be interested in buying or leasing a quality luxury vehicle like Audi.   I am a student who was looking for a CPO car that would be reliable and not a money pit. Like everyone else I looked around other dealerships to see my options but none of them came even close to the support and customer service I received from my salesperson Konstantin Kennedy. He helped me feel a lot more confident in purchasing my first car because he was very straightforward and responsive. While in the process of financing, he kept me and my parents (who barely knows English) well entertained with some great conversation with the few Korean words he knew. He made me feel like I was covered and he got my back even after i bought the car. I noticed after I bought the car, the bumper had a small crack on it and i contacted Konstantin for help. He immediately contacted his manager and arranged an appointment to fix this for free! This is why i chose AUDI QUEENS because they treat me like family and they deserve the reputation and the title as a role model for other dealers to follow.

  Konstatine Kennedy was an outstanding salesman. I have purchased two other Audi’s from a dealership on Long Island and was looking for my third. We were not happy with the lack of transparency at this particular dealership and definitely were given the run around. Konstantine was extremely knowledgeable and open regarding pricing. The dealership is gorgeous and very clean. They were a pleasure to do business with.

  Picked up my new baby Audi last week and couldn’t be happier. Definitely ask for: SULLY (just, Sully - like Madonna). From Greeting to Delivery this guy was the best - professional, friendly, informative, and accommodating. I had a couple of questions after delivery and Sully addressed them ASAP. That’s professionalism, folks. This Queens showroom is new and quite swanky with good customer service. The complimentary valet parking & coffee bar are a nice touch to make your Audi experience that much more.

  Audi of Queens provided the absolute best service we have ever received while shopping for a new car. They turn the dreaded task of car shopping into a very easy, hassle free experience.Arnolda our sale representative answered all our questions and was very helpful to get the best deal for us,as well the other people working there,you can see amazing team work at this place.Customer service is above and beyond,as well what is very important for us,no hidden fees!!We have bought many cars over the course of our life and Audi of Queens clearly provided the best experience ever.If I could i will give them more then 5 ⭐️.Its a real gem in the city for car shoppers 👌🏼
