  I walked into Audi North Scottsdale and was blown away. The customer service was above par. We worked with Prem Lawrence and found the perfect vehicle and deal for us. Prem was so personable and knowledgeable and really made it the smoothest car buying experience. I'm excited to be a part of the Audi family! We couldn't be more happy about the astounding quality of our brand new vehicle and the customer service we continue to receive at Audi!

  Buying a new car can be an exhausting, frustrating experience. However, this was not the case at Audi North Scottsdale. We were fortunate to connect with David Silver who was exceptional to work with on many fronts and helped to make the experience as painless and enjoyable as possible. He and the team treated us with the utmost professionalism and worked hard to accomodate our requests. Not only did I walk out with a beautiful new car but I felt good about my purchase.   For a dealership that sells higher end cars.. I'm blown away at the amazing experience I had when I was test driving for a 1-2 year away purchase. When I made this apparent they didn't try to force me into anything at this time but let me come in and test drive what I wanted! Plain and simple, I tried this at Van Chevrolet as well and they never even let me drive the car I came to look at but showed me a complete switch. That alone may help make my mind up on spending a little more for the Audi! Great job!

  Worked with a guy named Gary. Was not a pleasant experience. He was your typical used car salesman. Full of lies, talked in circles, couldn't give a straight answer to any question we asked. Not the luxury experience I was expecting from an Audi dealership.

  After researching many cars in the Audi Q5 category, we felt this was a perfect fit for our lifestyle. There is plenty of room, many tech features and drive very smoothly. Prem Lawrence helped us with our purchase and was fantastic to work with. His knowledge of the car was top notch and his non-salesman attitude was refreshing. We would highly recommend this car and this experience to everyone.

  Just over 2 weeks in my 2017 Q3 and really enjoying the car. Prem and his team at Audi North Scottsdale were a pleasure to work with.   My first Audi buying experience was an amazing one. It started out a little crazy. I started with Luis who was great but couldn't help me with my initial a certified Audi due to my credit score. But, he handed me to Bill who suggested a lease. Aaron in finance was simply the best finance guy I have ever worked with. He got me approved when other places tried to sell me a outrageous interest rate. Final Craig who finished off the deal and was so informative about leases and the new awesome Audi I am driving. I can't see my self driving any other luxury vehicle or every going to another Audi dealer in Arizona. THANKS ALL OF YOU!!!

  It was the 1st scheduled service on my 2020 Q5. I was a bit apprehensive as the sales experience was below expectations. I was very pleased with The service rep Wyatt was thorough and explained the services in detail.
